TERM OF SERVICE

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ORDER

⟡ I have every right to reject the order that I don’t feel comfortable drawing.
⟡At the time of the transaction, you must accept all the terms of service and the associated costs.
⟡Prices and Terms of Service might change at any moment.
⟡The commissioned work may be used by me to further my own career. If you would prefer that it not be published, you may pay additional 3% of the amount.
⟡You will receive digital files in either JPG or PNG format.
⟡If you can't be reached for more than four weeks, your queue will be terminated.
⟡Without my consent, you are not allowed to alter, modify, edit, or utilise any of my works.
⟡I won't take on any direct or indirect job involving AI or NFT.
⟡Do not claim my work as your own.
⟡To mint or sell the commissions for NFT is NOT permitted.
⟡If you publish the commission on social media, please give me credit.
⟡Until we have discussed and agreed otherwise, I reserve the right to share your completed artwork on my social media platforms for whatever purpose.
⟡If there is a 50% cancellation due to an unforeseen circumstance, I reserve the right to keep the deposit.
⟡I'm allowed to turn down anything that has anything to do with racism. paedophilia, sexism, incest, LGBTQ+ prejudice, and defamation of others

PAYMENT

✦I use Buy Me A Coffee and Paypal
✦COMMERCIAL use x2 of the prices
✦payments must be made in two installments: 50% up advance and 50% upon acceptance of the sketch.
✦Your commission will begin as soon as the invoice is settled.
✦I have to revoke the commission if the invoice is not paid.
✦No refunds

⟡เราอาจจะโพสงานที่เสร็จแล้วไว้โปรโมท หากลูกค้าต้องการไม่ให้เผยแพร่ สามารถจ่ายเพิ่มอีก 3% ของจํานวนเงินค่ะ
⟡ส่งเป็นไฟล์JPGและPNG ผ่านอีเมลนะคะ หรือให้ส่งผ่านไดร์ฟบอกได้ค่ะ
⟡หากติดต่อไม่ได้เกิน1เดือน งานจะถูกยกเลิกค่ะ
⟡หากไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากเรา คุณลูกค้าจะไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ดัดแปลง หรือทำซ้ำบนผลงาน
⟡ไม่รับงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับAIและNFT
⟡หากจ้างงานที่ไม่ใช่งานเชิงพาณิชย์ ไม่อนุญาตให้นำงานไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ทีหลัง อนุญาตให้ใช้ส่วนตัวเท่านั้น(ทำพวงกุญแจ/การ์ด ใช้เอง etc)
